The Logans | Crown Memorial State Beach Family Photo Shoot

There’s nothing I love more than an early morning family session on the beach! For this shoot, I met up with my fave family, the Logans, at Crown Memorial State Beach in Alameda, CA. The day started off pretty chilly and there was a bit of overcast, but once we got started shooting, I was quickly warmed up by all the love unfolding in front of my camera.

What I loved most about shooting at Crown Memorial State Beach was that there were so many cute little areas for taking photos. There were beautiful patches of trees by the shoreline, tall green grass in the sand and many other natural elements that helped with framing my photos. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from a shoot location.

Not only was the beach an absolute gem, but so were the Logans! They showed up in good spirits and battled through the cold temperature like real troopers. I’m so happy with the way their gallery came together. Here are just a few of my fave shots from the day (Know that it was hard to narrow it down to just a few!).
